You can delete both messages and chats from your chat list.

Locate the “Chat” icon in the bottom menu and click on it.

Locate the conversation or message you might want to delete.

From the chat list:
To delete a conversation, swipe left and tap on the “Delete” icon. Confirm you want to leave this conversation clicking “Yes”.

From inside the conversation:
To delete a message, enter the conversation and locate the message you want to delete. Swipe right and tap on the “Delete” icon. Confirm you want to delete the message clicking “Yes”.

If you delete a message of your own, you have the possibility to “Delete for everyone” or “Delete for me”.

If you delete a message of somebody else, you have to possibility to “Delete for me” only.

Remember! Once a chat or a message is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
