Locate the “Chat” icon in the bottom menu and click on it.
Select the option “Group” from the menu at the top.
Click on the group name beside the group display picture and you will see the Group Information.
Click on the name of the user you want to make an administrator and select option ”Make administrator”.
The user has been successfully made administrator.
