Navigate to the bottom menu and locate "Spiral" and click on it to enter.

On the right bottom corner find the red button and click on it to begin creating a new post.

After clicking the red "Spiral" button, you'll be directed to the post creation screen.

Here's what you can do:
Write your text in the designated area;
Take a new photo/video using your phone's camera or upload a photo/video from your device's gallery;
Optionally, set the location where your post will be visible (you can choose a specific location or region for your post to be displayed);
You can schedule your post selecting the desired time and date for your post to go live.
You can decide if your post will be visible only to your friends or if it will be public or private.

Scheduling your post (optional):
Select the desired time and date for your post to go live.

Setting post visibility (optional):
Select the appropriate visibility option based on your preferences (friends only or public).
By default, the post visibility will be set as “friends only”.

Review your post to ensure everything is as you want it.

Once satisfied, click on the spiral button to share your content.
