In order to start the process for Pay Out, be sure to download the app of the external wallet of your choice on your device.

If you haven’t connected your external wallet yet, follow the instructions to connect it on the FAQ for Connecting External Wallet.

Navigate to the “Menu” icon located at the bottom right corner of the screen and click on it.

Click on the displayed current value of your assets.

Click on "Pay Out" and select your preferred transaction wallet (Internal or External wallet.

For Internal wallets
Type the username of the receiver;
Select the Token you would like to pay out;
Select the amount you will like to pay out;
Choose the option “Next”
Confirm your transaction.

Please note that there is a transaction fee of 0,5% in AUSDT value that will be deducted for the transaction done. There is no minimum amount to payout for any internal transaction.

Checking your Payout transaction history, you will find the token deducted from your account.

For External wallets
Enter the external wallet address for the payout.
Select the Token for the payout.
Select the amount for the payout.
Proceed to the next step and send your request.
View your payout summary and click “Next” to proceed.
Your transaction may take 24 hours for your payment to be completed.

Please note that there is a transaction fee of 20 AUSDT will be deducted for every transaction done. The minimum transaction to payout is 50 USD.
