Switch to seller mode.

Go to the main menu, locate the "Reviews" section and click on it to access the list of all your reviews.

You'll see a list of all the reviews left by buyers for your products or store.

Each review will display details such as the rating and any accompanying feedback.

If you wish to respond to a review, click on "Reply" next to the review. This allows you to communicate directly with the buyer and address any feedback they have provided.
