There are two ways to access the settings for personal shipping rates:

From the Store Section:
Navigate to the Store section.
You'll encounter a pop-up that redirects you to the Shipping section.

From Seller Mode Settings:
Access the main menu in Seller Mode.
Click on "Settings" and select "Shipping."
This will open a list of all your stores. Underneath, you will find the stores you have selected for personal shipping and those using our partner DHL.

To update or create personal shipping rates for a specific store, follow these steps:
Click on the name of the store for which you want to set personal shipping rates. Alternatively, click on "Create a new shipping profile."
Once you've selected a store or clicked on "Create a new shipping profile," a new page will open.
Provide a name for your shipping rate.

Setting Shipping Rates:
Begin selecting regions where you'll be offering shipping.
Set the shipping price based on weight or cost of the product.
You have the flexibility to create personalized shipping costs for each country.

Once you've configured your shipping rates, click on "Save" located in the top right corner of the page.
