Navigate to the bottom menu and locate "Spiral" and click on it to enter.

On the right bottom corner find the red button and click on it to begin creating a new post.

After clicking the red "Spiral" button, you'll be directed to the post creation screen.

Here's what you can do:
Write your text in the designated area;
Take a new photo/video using your phone's camera or upload a photo/video from your device's gallery;

You have the option to schedule your post to be published at a specific time or date, by clicking on the “calendar” icon and setting the desired time and date for your post to go live.

Select schedule post and your post will be saved in Drafts.
